Description
In the quiet corners of our farm in Magundi, the first Robusta blossoms mark the shift in seasons. Traditionally, they appear between February and March, stirred gently by the rhythm of rain and sun. But with changing weather, these delicate flowers now arrive early in December before the bees, before the season is ready. These early blooms, unlikely to become fruit, are carefully gathered by hand. It’s a quiet gesture of care making space for stronger blossoms to thrive, while capturing the essence of a season that came too soon. Now turned into fragrant teas, refreshing mocktails, and elegant cocktails, these blossoms bring their story into every sip. With soft notes of jasmine, hints of oolong, and a touch of vanilla, they offer a fleeting taste of our farm, captured in your glass.
