At our family-run estate, we’ve come to celebrate the strength and character of robusta coffee—bold, resilient and full of soul. Grown in the diverse climate of our region, these trees flourish with little intervention, drawing on the richness of the land and our deep rooted commitment to sustainable farming. With nearly twice the caffeine of arabica, our robusta naturally resists pests, needing fewer inputs and leaving a lighter footprint on the planet and our community.

But what truly sets our coffee apart is what happens after harvest. We don’t just process, we experiment. From extended fermentations to slow drying techniques, every step is intentional. Over time, we’ve learned how to gently unlock robusta’s hidden potential: notes of rich chocolate and toasted nuts, also a surprisingly smooth body and even bright, fruity nuances that most people never expect from this species.
